Self-propelled jack-up vessel Nessie operates with an impressive high-capacity 2600t main crane which revolves around the SB aft leg, allowing the safe installation and maintenance of heavy foundations and the components relating to offshore wind turbines.

Nessie is designed to operate in water depths of up to 65 metres and significant wave heights of two metres whilst the vessel itself is above sea level installing and maintaining offshore structures. Seajacks fleet of seven self-propelled jack-up vessels uses state of the art technology to operate in the challenging conditions of the offshore environment whilst still being a cost-efficient option.

This state-of-the-art, self-propelled jack-up vessel will be equipped with DP2 capability which will allow for fast, safe and cost-efficient transit and positioning between locations; this will not only transform operations but will also facilitate efficient installation and maintenance of offshore wind farms.
